All bookings made through this website are direct bookings with Georgian House Hotel. Rates are quoted in Georgian Lari (₾) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

A booking becomes confirmed once you receive the confirmation email from us with a booking reference. We reserve the right to refuse a booking in exceptional cases (for example, when a price is displayed in error or when a room is no longer available due to a system delay).

Georgian House Hotel charges all bookings on arrival. We do not take payment online and do not collect card details through this website. Payment is made in person at reception, in cash (Georgian Lari) or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, UnionPay).

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Check-in is from 11:00 and check-out is by 12:00 (midday). Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. If you plan to arrive outside normal hours, please contact us in advance so we can prepare for you.

At check-in we may ask to see a valid ID or passport, which is required by Georgian law for guest registration.

We ask all guests to treat the hotel, its staff, and other guests with respect. We may refuse service to anyone behaving abusively or disturbing other guests.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel or its property during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Smoking is not permitted indoors; pets are not allowed.

We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate — room descriptions, prices, amenities and photographs. Minor differences may occur between what is shown online and what you see in person; the room description in your booking confirmation is the definitive version.

All text, images, logos and design elements on this site are the property of Georgian House Hotel and may not be reproduced without permission.

Georgian House Hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website (for example, lost profits or lost data). Nothing in these terms excludes our liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kutaisi, Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies to any booking made on or after the "last updated" date above. Existing bookings continue under the terms in force at the time they were made.
