Check-in is from 11:00 and check-out is until 12:00 (midday). The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals are no problem — just let us know in advance.
What types of rooms do you offer?+
Seven room types: Standard Twin, Standard Double, Double Room with Balcony, Twin Room with Balcony, Triple Room, Triple Room with Balcony, and Quadro Room with Balcony. Prices start from ₾120 per night.
How far is the hotel from the city centre?+
Georgian House is right in the centre — about 50 m from the heart of Kutaisi. The Colchis Fountain is a 2-minute walk, the Kutaisi Historical Museum 3 minutes, and Bagrati Cathedral is around 14 minutes on foot.
Is there a fridge in the rooms?+
No — our rooms do not include a mini fridge. If you need to keep something cold during your stay, please ask at reception and we will be happy to help.
Do you serve breakfast?+
Yes. We serve a Georgian breakfast buffet on most mornings — fresh breads, cheeses, eggs, seasonal fruit and hot drinks. Breakfast can be added when you book your room (₾15 per person).
Is parking available?+
Yes — Georgian House has free private parking on site for all hotel guests. No reservation needed.
Are pets allowed?+
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Georgian House.
Do I need to pay in advance?+
No prepayment is required. You pay at the property on arrival, in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB, Discover and UnionPay all accepted).
