Georgian House is a family-run hotel on Tsereteli Street in the heart of Kutaisi — one of Georgia's oldest and most characterful cities. We opened with a simple belief: that a guest should feel like a visitor in a home, not a customer in a building.
The building itself is part of the story. Its inner courtyard — wrapped by white balconies on three floors, planted with palms, and centred on a decorative fountain — gives Georgian House a character that no renovation can manufacture. It grew here, slowly, over years.
We are not a chain. We do not have a loyalty programme or a concierge desk. What we have is a kitchen that cooks real Georgian food, rooms that are clean and comfortable, and a staff who know every corner of Kutaisi.
