Cancellation
Policy
We keep things simple and fair. No payment is taken upfront — all bookings are pay-on-arrival.
Free cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. No cancellation fee will be applied and no payment is taken in advance — all bookings at Georgian House are settled on arrival.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay. We understand that plans change — if you are unable to give notice in time, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Modifications
To change your arrival date, departure date, or the number of guests, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email. We will confirm availability and update your booking at no charge, subject to room availability.
Payment & check-in
Georgian House does not charge your card in advance. Payment is made in full at check-in, either in cash (Georgian Lari) or by card. Check-in is from 11:00. If you plan to arrive late, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
How to cancel
The easiest way to cancel is online — visit our cancellation page, enter your booking reference and email address, and the cancellation is handled instantly. Alternatively, contact us by email at georgianhousekutaisi@gmail.com or by phone at +995 599 57 91 57. Please have your booking reference to hand.
