Open. Ours.
Like nowhere else.
The inner courtyard is what makes Georgian House feel genuinely different from any other hotel in Kutaisi. Three floors of white balconies wrap inward around a generous open-air space shaded by palms, filled with greenery and centred on a decorative fountain.
Guests are welcome here from morning to evening — breakfast in the sun, afternoon coffee in the shade, an evening drink under the stars. It is a space for sitting still, and for noticing.

"Balconies on every floor, looking inward — over the palms, over the fountain, over the open sky."
From morning
to evening
The courtyard is open to all guests throughout the day — a coffee in the morning sun, an afternoon in the shade of the palms, and a glass of our own house wine as the evening settles in.
It is the quiet centre of the hotel — a place to slow down, away from the street.

Every room at Georgian House gives you access to the courtyard. Morning coffee, an afternoon book, an evening glass of wine — it is yours for the duration of your stay.
